Project portfolio represents the direct and indirect evidence, the most tangible proof of a company experience and professionalism. The flagship projects, their variety and rank of specialization, show the true reality of a company. We have the pleasure and the honor to present, in this section, examples of such projects, which undeniably prove our company experience.
Addvances has been noted as a reference company in the development and implementation of studies even since 2004, when the company developed a series of fundamenting studies funded by SAMTID (multi-annual program for the rehabilitation of water infrastructure in small and medium cities). From then until now, Addvances has specialized in development of public and private fundamenting studies, becoming a major player in this field, along with diversification of studies, types of customers and geographic markets. Beggining with 2014, Addvances will add to his studies, forecasting scientific instruments developed in partnership with the university system.
Although, in recent years, these services have developed stronger in relation to other portofolio services, Addvances has direct experience in writting and implementing projects, being the beneficiary of some European Projects. Their successful implementation certifies the professionalism and responsability with which we approach grant projects. Regarding to company’s experience in developing and implementing projects for clients, project portfolio covers almost all pre-accesion funding programs, and of course, almost all programs runed through structural instruments.
Drawing up, in the last three years, of more than 50 regional, county or local development strategies, has launched the company on one of the first national places, as a top player in increasing the administrative capacity of local institutions in Romania. Sustainable development strategies, rural development strategies, local develoment plans of microzones (LAGs), strategies for developing fishery areas (FLOSG), management plans for protected areas, strategies for attracting the investments, strategies to promote tourism, regional action plans for innovation – are just some of the categories of plans and strategies made by our company within a few years.
